Pakistan Mission
The mission of SOWIM at its founding – “to provide seed to the sower and bread to the eater” – is to spread God’s Word like seeds to every corner of the world. 13 Bible multimedia videos and reading materials, 10 short-term missions to Taiwan, 2 missions to Egypt, and the use of our materials across 5 continents in 38 countries – this is only the beginning!
Since the monsoon disaster in August 2022, many families in Pakistan have been severely affected. A generous sister in Christ, Patricia, donated to support SOWIM’s missionary couple, Pastor Maxwell and his wife, in their efforts to help impoverished families during the Christmas season. They provided food, warm blankets, and shoes for children to wear in winter. Praise God! Through these acts of charity, in addition to their regular SOWIM Bible study classes, Pastor Maxwell and his wife also had opportunities to share God’s Word among Muslim communities and organize Bible seminars for young people.
Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
